    We will keep all prospect data confidential and up-to-date. We utilize Microsoft Outlook’s Business Contact Manager to manage contact information, scheduling and note taking.

    Mailing/Calling Campaigns

    We can work with you to design a campaign that includes a mailing and/or email “blast” in conjunction with outbound calls. This typically will get you a higher rate-of-return as it helps to build brand recognition for your company as it creates for a stronger calling campaign!

    Seminar Management

    We will work with you to design a seminar campaign and then handle the work to get attendees in the door. From designing the invitation, to getting people in the door, PUMA will help you have a successful seminar. After the seminar, we will then work to schedule individual meetings with attendees.

    We can work off a list of companies and contacts that you supply or purchase a list on your behalf. Because we are sure you will want to retain ownership of this list, you may want to purchase your own, in which case we can assist you in purchasing them.
